
Federal Ombudsman Office In-charge Reviews Public Grievances At Sialkot Airport

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Oct, 2025) In-charge Federal Ombudsman Secretariat Regional Office Gujranwala Malik Mushtaq Ahmed Awan visited Sialkot International Airport and listened to public complaints.
During the visit, he issued on-the-spot directives for the resolution of several grievances and reviewed the performance of concerned officials.
He warned that negligence in public service would not be tolerated and emphasized prompt redressal of citizens’ issues.
Malik Mushtaq directed the airport management to ensure better facilities for passengers and take immediate steps to improve service standards. Representatives of various departments also shared suggestions for resolving public complaints.
He reaffirmed the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat’s commitment to providing swift and fair relief to citizens and ensuring uninterrupted access to justice.
