A five-day leadership camp for orphaned children, organized by the Directorate of Youth Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, successfully concluded at Batakundi, Naran under the theme "Shining Stars"

NARAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Jul, 2025) A five-day leadership camp for orphaned children, organized by the Directorate of Youth Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, successfully concluded at Batakundi, Naran under the theme "Shining Stars."

The camp, aimed at children from underprivileged backgrounds, focused on developing leadership qualities, spiritual growth, and civic responsibility. Activities included spiritual training sessions, hands-on leadership exercises, and Naat, Azaan, and speech competitions all designed to build confidence, communication skills, and social awareness.

One of the camp’s highlights was the "Trek to Lalazar," which emphasized teamwork, resilience, and a deep connection with nature. Camp participants also actively joined the "Clean and Green Pakistan" campaign, reinforcing the importance of environmental consciousness and collective responsibility.

Speaking on the occasion, Director Youth Affairs Dr. Nauman Mujahid described the camp as more than a recreational event a transformative journey toward self-realization and leadership. He praised the orphaned children, calling them the "shining stars" who proved their worth and potential as the nation’s valuable asset.

Dr. Mujahid reaffirmed the Directorate's commitment to creating inclusive and experiential learning opportunities for the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, especially those from marginalized communities, to prepare them as future leaders with strong character, courage, and capability.
