NCHD Team Meets City Mayor Kohat To Discuss Development Initiatives

KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jul, 2025) The National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) Kohat team, led by Assistant Director Umar Saqaf, held a crucial meeting with City Mayor Kohat Qari Sher Zaman on Friday to discuss ongoing educational and development activities in the district.

During the meeting, the NCHD team provided a detailed briefing on its projects, including literacy programs, teacher training, and community development initiatives.City Mayor Qari Sher Zaman appreciated the services of NCHD, praising their hard work and dedication.

The City Mayor also assured all possible support from the institution to facilitate NCHD's initiatives. The President of the District Youth Parliament was also present, highlighting the involvement and role of youth in development projects.

The meeting demonstrated the commitment of both NCHD and the City Mayor's office to work together for the betterment of the community.

At the end of the meeting, the NCHD team and the City Mayor formally inaugurated the monsoon tree plantation campaign at TMA Office Kohat.
