PAF Hailed For Mastery In Air Maneuver, Combat Skills

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jul, 2025) Pakistan Air Force (PAF) attracted accolades from social activists here Monday for proving its mettle on the global stage by clinching two major awards at the prestigious Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT), recently held in the United Kingdom.

In recognition of this outstanding achievement, Civil Society Forum (CFS) Multan paid glowing tribute to PAF’s exemplary performance. CSF Chief Coordinator Shahid Mahmood Ansari lauded the Air Force for upholding national pride and showcasing unmatched professionalism and skill.

At RIAT, PAF’s artistically painted C-130H aircraft, featuring a symbolic depiction of a falcon’s eye and beak, won first prize in the Concours d’Elegance, a competition that judges aircraft on presentation, aesthetics, and maintenance.

Meanwhile, the JF-17C Block III fighter jet earned the coveted “Spirit of the Meet” trophy, awarded for its long-range air-to-air refueling journey from Pakistan to the UK and its striking display.

Ansari emphasized that PAF’s continuous evolution, modern combat strategy, and technological advancement with platforms like the F-16 and JF-17 Thunder have made it a formidable force internationally. He highlighted successful operations like Bunyanum Marsus as proof of PAF’s defensive strength and strategic prowess.

“These victories not only reflect the operational brilliance of our Air Force but also enhance Pakistan’s global image,” he added.
