Two Killed Over Property Dispute In Mathra

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th May, 2026) At least two people were shot dead over a property dispute in Mathra Panam Dheri area of Peshawar on Thursday, police said.
According to police, the deceased were identified as Rahat Ali and Muhammad Uzair Khalil. The suspects, identified as Sibqatullah and Mujeebullah, fled the scene after opening fire.
Police said the accused are reportedly stepbrothers of the victims. The incident occurred near Panam Dheri when the victims were returning home on a motorcycle. The attackers, who were allegedly lying in wait, opened fire on them.
Police have recovered SMG and 30-bore bullet casings from the crime scene and registered a case. Further investigation is underway.
