ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2025) Pakistan Padel Federation on Tuesday announced to hold Naveena Steel Junior National Padel Championship 2025 from July 31 to August 3 at Maidan KMC, Karachi. The championship will be held under the patronage of International Padel Federation (FIP) and Padel Asia, said a press release.
Organized in collaboration with Maidan, Play Pro and the Sindh Padel Association, the championship will feature competitions in three categories — Boys and Girls U-14, U-16, and U-18, making it one of the most significant national-level junior events on the country’s padel Calendar.
The tournament aims to provide aspiring young athletes a unique opportunity to showcase their skills on a professionally managed platform with international recognition.
According to the federation, the championship will be played on professional-standard courts with qualified officiating and it will serve as an IPF-recognized event, a key milestone for those seeking to make a mark at the international level.
Participants will compete for cash prizes, medals and certificates, with the event expected to draw top junior talent from across Pakistan.
A spokesperson of the federation expressed optimism that the championship would not only help identify emerging talent but also further promote the fast-growing sport of padel among Pakistani youth.
