Candidates of the Provincial Management Services (PMS) Screening Test have termed the screening test conducted by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Service Commission (KP PSC) illegal, unconstitutional and have demanded of the provincial government to declare it null and void
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Jul, 2025) Candidates of the Provincial Management Services (PMS) Screening Test have termed the screening test conducted by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Service Commission (KP PSC) illegal, unconstitutional and have demanded of the provincial government to declare it null and void.
Addressing a news conference at Peshawar Press Club (PPC) on Monday, Ikram Khan Yousafzai and Malik Irfan candidates in the KP PSC recently conducted screening test said that it has been conducted without the issuance of amendment in Notification Rule 6 in official gazette and organized the test illegally.
They condemned the conducting of the illegal screening test for PMS by the KP PSC because it was based on an amendment which has no legal justification.
They added that the public service commission has approved amendment to KP Government Function Rules Section 6 and the screening test was conducted under the same amendment. But, the Printing and Stationery Department has denied the publication of the amendment in the official gazette, which is violation of the Clause 10 of the KP PSC Ordinance.
