KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Jul, 2025) A crucial meeting was held in the office of Commissioner Kohat Division Syed Mutasim Billah Shah on Wednesday to discuss the networking of gas pipelines in the Kohat Cantt area.

The meeting was attended by key stakeholders, including Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Hamid Iqbal, Chief Executive Officer Cantonment board Amna Rashid, and Incharge SNGPL Shahzad Khan.

The meeting decided to form a monitoring committee under the supervision of the district administration to oversee the project's progress. The committee will comprise experts from the Cantonment Board, SNGPL, administration, and C&W, ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards.

On this occasion, Commissioner Motasim Billah Shah stressed the importance of mutual cooperation among all institutions involved to complete the project efficiently. He also emphasized that the gas networking project is of paramount importance to the public, and its timely completion is a top priority.

During the meeting, the Cantonment Board Vice Chairman Mohsin Atiq and Member Syed Faiq Ali Shah thanked the Commissioner for his personal interest in public issues and effective measures, assuring that every effort will be made for the early completion of the project.
