Heavy rain disrupted provincial capital traffic

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st September, 2016) : The city on Thursday received a heavy rain with thunderstorm, disrupting road traffic in the provincial capital. The rain started at afternoon which continued for three hours and turned the weather pleasant.

The met office informed APP that more rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Punjab, including Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, DG Khan and Multan divisions, during the next 24 hours. In the city, the maximum temperature was recorded 23 degrees celsius after the rain.
