
High-Level Delegation From Kyrgyzstan Arrives In Karachi

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Jul, 2025) A high-level delegation from Kyrgyzstan arrived in Karachi on Tuesday, where Sindh Minister for Energy, Planning & Development, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, warmly welcomed the guests on behalf of the Sindh government.
The delegation was led by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Edal Baisalov. During the visit, a formal meeting was held between the Energy Minister and the Kyrgyz delegation, in which matters of mutual interest, bilateral cooperation, and investment opportunities in the energy sector were discussed.
Minister Nasir Hussain Shah briefed the delegation on investment opportunities within Sindh’s energy sector, stating that the Sindh government is actively facilitating investors through initiatives in renewable energy, solar parks, wind energy, and public-private partnership models.
He further added that Sindh's available resources and investor-friendly policies offer excellent prospects not only for Kyrgyzstan but also for other international partners. On this occasion, he invited Kyrgyz investors to explore investment in energy and other key sectors of the province.
The Kyrgyz delegation expressed keen interest in investing across various sectors in Sindh and appreciated the initiatives taken by the provincial government.
