ICCI Delegation Meet Parliamentary Secretary

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jul, 2025) A delegation from the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) met with Punjab’s Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Culture, Shazia Rizwan, at the Rawalpindi Arts Council on Saturday. The delegation provided an overview of the Chamber’s initiatives during the meeting.

Shazia Rizwan praised the development efforts led by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, stating that her tireless work for the country’s progress is clearly visible. She highlighted that numerous development projects have been launched, which not only showcase the government’s performance but also significantly enhance public facilities.

The Parliamentary Secretary noted that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has allocated substantial budgets for these projects and is personally overseeing their implementation. She emphasized that the construction of underpasses and flyovers in Rawalpindi has streamlined traffic flow, saving commuters valuable time and enabling them to reach their destinations promptly.

During the visit, Shazia Rizwan accompanied the delegation to the Art Gallery at the Arts Council, where the delegation viewed the displayed artworks.
