Scavenger Electrocuted

MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jul, 2025) A man was electrocuted while collecting garbage near Homeland school on Old Bhutta Pur Road on Saturday.
According to the Rescue control room, Muhammad Younis (46) was collecting garbage when he accidentally touched an electric wire that had fallen from a meter attached to an electric pole.
He received a severe electric shock and died on the spot. Rescue 1122 staff reached the site promptly and performed CPR, but the victim had already succumbed to the shock.
The family of the deceased refused to allow the body to be shifted to hospital.
