
Pakistan To Feature In World Jr Padel C'ship

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jul, 2025) For the first time in history, Pakistan will participate in the World Junior Padel Championship, scheduled to take place in Spain from September 29 to October 4 this year. According to Muhammad Mateen, President of the Pakistan Padel Federation, the country is gearing up for the mega event, with players from 40 countries expected to participate in the extravaganza.
To select the best players for the World Championship, the Naveena Steel National Junior Padel Championship 2025 will be held from July 31 to August 3 at Maidan KMC in Karachi.
The championship will feature boys and girls from across the country, competing in three age categories including Under-14, Under-16, and Under-18.
The tournament will be played under the rules of the International Padel Federation (FIP) and Padel Asia.
The final matches will take place on August 3, followed by a concluding ceremony where cash prizes, medals, and certificates will be awarded to the winning players.
The Organizing Committee of the Naveena Steel National Junior Padel Championship 2025 will meet on July 27 to finalize all arrangements for the event.
The top players from the championship will be selected to represent Pakistan in the World Junior Padel Championship in Spain.
