Ingredients - اجزاء

1 میدہ 3/4 کپ

2 کوکو پاؤڈر 1 کھانے کا چمچہ

3 چینی 1/2 کپ

4 انڈے 15 عدد

5 مکھن 1/2 کپ

6 کریم 1/2 کپ

7 جیم 3 کھانے کے چمچے

8 لال چیری 1/4 کپ

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1مکھن‘ کریم‘ جیم اور چیری اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
  2. 2 بیٹر میں انڈے ڈال کر اچھی طرح بیٹ کر لیں۔
  3. 3 جھاگ بن جائے تو اس میں میدہ اور کوکو پاؤڈر ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
  4. 4 ایک بیکنگ ٹرے میں مکسچر پھیلا کر 20-30 منٹ کیلئے بیک کر لیں۔
  5. 5 تیار ہو جائے تو اوون سے نکال کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔
  6. 6 اسفنج کیک پر چیری مکسچر پھیلا دیں اور رول کر لیں۔
  7. 7 اس کو براؤن پیپر میں لپیٹ کر الگ سے رکھ دیں۔
  8. 8 اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کاٹ کر سرو کریں۔
