ANF Commander Attends LCCI Padel Tournament

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th May, 2026) The third day of the ongoing padel tournament continued with exciting and competitive matches, attracting a large number of players as well as strong interest from spectators.

Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Commander Brig. Sikandar Hayat attended the event as the chief guest here Saturday. LCCI President Faheem Ur Rehman Saigol welcomed him. During his visit, he witnessed various matches, met the players, and appreciated the growing popularity of the modern sport of padel in Pakistan.

LCCI Senior Vice President Tanveer Ahmed Sheikh, Executive Committee Members Ahsan Shahid and Rana Shouban Akhtar were also present.

On the occasion, Brig. Sikandar Hayat stated that sports play a vital role in encouraging youth towards positive activities and in the development of a healthy society.

He said that such events not only promote sports but also help instill discipline, teamwork, and contribute to building a drug-free society.

Lahore Chamber President appreciated the successful organization of the tournament and said that such sporting activities encourage youth engagement, promote a healthy lifestyle, and support constructive recreational opportunities. He added that the Lahore Chamber will continue to support initiatives that promote sports, tourism, and recreational activities in the city.

The ongoing tournament at Padel IN continues to attract a large number of spectators, where players are demonstrating high-level performance and a strong competitive spirit.
