FAHR International Conference 2019 Agenda Unveiled In Dubai

DUBAI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 10th Mar, 2019) Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the 9th FAHR International Conference will be held on 17th and 18th of April, 2019, at the Jumeirah Emirates Tower Hotel in Dubai.
The two-day HR conference, operating under the theme ‘The 4th Industrial Revolution Human Capital Challenges’, is organised by INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions – a member of INDEX Holding. The event brings together a number of world-renowned experts, specialists and professionals in the field of human resources, who will offer their insights on the impact of technologies on sustaining human capital, while focusing on the rapid shifting and key factors that drive the company’s performance and success.
This was announced on Sunday at a press conference held at the headquarters of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, FAHR, in Dubai, in the presence of Dr. Abdulrahman Abdul-Mannan Al-Awar, Director General of FAHR and Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, Chairman of INDEX Holding, in addition to a number of officials, supporters, partners, and media executives.
Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Awar stressed that the UAE has proven itself on so many levels, especially in terms of the government efficiency, mobilising human resources, and advancing government work systems.
This is a natural result, considering the great attention paid by the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
Dr. Al-Awar also pointed out that the UAE places great importance on human development and empowerment, as well as developing the capabilities, and upgrading the skills, talents and potentials of people in a way that would maintain the union of the country, confirming that the empowered individuals are the ones who honour their country and raise its name in all international forums. The UAE experience in empowering the human capital has been recognised worldwide, as in the country does not only develop and improve the government work system, but also keeps pace with rapid global changes in various fields and strives to be part of this change.
Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, CEO - HR Planning and Projects Sector, pointed out that the 9th edition of FAHR International Conference is expected to attract more than 600 participants and visitors from the region and throughout the world, and witness the presence of over 30 speakers from the public and private sector who will share their insights on many key trending topics in the Human Resources Sector.
