
DC Chairs Review Meeting Regarding Child Labour

KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jul, 2025) A review meeting of the District Vigilance Committee here on Friday was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Abdul Akram regarding child labour.
Assistant Commissioner Kohat, Assistant Commissioner Darra, Additional Assistant Commissioners, Kohat Police,
District Officer Social Welfare, Assistant Director Labor, Public Prosecutor, Assistant Director Afghan Refugees and officers of all other concerned departments participated in the meeting.
The deputy commissioner reviewed the prevention of forced labor and human trafficking of minors and a plan of action was adopted regarding joint action of the concerned departments in that regard so that the elements involved in child labor could be identified and legal action be taken against them.
