SIU arrests three repeat offenders, recover drugs, weapons, and stolen motorcycles

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2025) In targeted operations, the Special Investigation Unit (SIU)/CIA Police arrested three habitual criminals and recovered drugs, illegal weapons, and stolen motorcycles.

According to SSP SIU Shoaib Memon on Tuesday, over one kilogram of hashish, two pistols, and two stolen motorcycles were recovered during the raids.

The operations were carried out in Machhar Colony, Jamshed Quarters, and New Karachi.

The arrested suspects have been identified as Anwar Zaib, Lal Muhammad, and Muhammad Jan.

Initial investigations revealed their involvement in multiple incidents of street crimes. Cases have been registered against them, and further investigations are underway.
