ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jul, 2025) Pakistan’s Abdullah Nawaz earned victory in the World Junior Individual Squash Championships match at Egypt and has qualified for the next round.
According to details, the Championships saw some thrilling matches on its first day, Abdullah beat Keng In Leong (MAC) 3-0 (11-7, 11-0, 11-4); Justin Cheng (HKG) beat Anas Ali Shah 3-1 (11-6, 12-10, 8-11, 11-9); Hart Robertson (USA) beat Muhammad Umair Arif 3-0 (14-12, 11-6, 11-9); Muhammad Haq (USA) beat Yahya Khan 3-1 (11-4, 11-9, 14-16, 11-6).
The Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) has congratulated Abdullah on his victory and has wished Anas, Umair, and Yahya all the best for team championship.
