Ingredients - اجزاء

1 قیمہ 1/2 کلو (مشین سے دو بار نکلا ہوا)

2 نمک 1 چائے کا چمچہ

3 ادرک پیسٹ 1 چائے کا چمچہ

4 لال مرچ پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچہ

5 لہسن پیسٹ 1 چائے کا چمچہ

6 گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچہ

7 ہرا دھنیا (چوپ کیا ہوا) حسب ضرورت

8 ہری مرچیں چند عدد

9 کارن فلور 4 کھانے کے چمچے

10 تیل فرائی کرنے کیلئے

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1نمک‘ادرک لہسن پیسٹ‘لال مرچ پاؤڈر‘گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر‘ہرا دھنیا‘ہری مرچ اور کارن فلور مکس کر کے پیسٹ تیار کر لیں۔
  2. 2 اس پیسٹ کو قیمہ میں لگا کر 1/2 گھنٹے کیلئے ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔
  3. 3 اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے بالز بنا لیں۔
  4. 4 سیخوں پر یہ بالز پرو لیں۔
  5. 5 تیل گرم کریں اور کبابوں کو فرائی کر لیں۔
  6. 6 گولڈن براؤن ہو جائیں تو نکال کر سلاد اور نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
