German Ambassador to Pakistan, Martin Kobler on Thursday stressed the need for women empowerment through academic collaboration
MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jan, 2018 ) : German Ambassador to Pakistan, Martin Kobler on Thursday stressed the need for women empowerment through academic collaboration. The envoy had an interactive session with senior faculty members of Women University during his maiden visit wherein he delivered a lecture highlighting German-Pakistan ties.
He discussed different strategies for achieving goals of higher education with the faculty of Women University. He also shed light on his government role for Pakistan in forms of various development projects.
Mr. Martin also informed about scholarships offered by Germany in education sector. Present on the occasion were WU Registrar, Prof Samina Saleem, deans of faculties, chairperson and other staff members.
