Drug paddler sentenced to 9 years in jail

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jul, 2025) A court has sentenced a drug paddler named Shahzad Khan, to 9 years in prison and fined Rs. 80,000.

According to details, the offender was arrested by Ratta Amral Police in September 2024 after 1.

62Kg of hashish was recovered from him. Based on solid evidence and effective prosecution, the court handed down a just verdict.

CPO Syed Khalid Hamdani commended the SSP Investigation and the investigative and legal teams, saying that all measures are being taken to eradicate the menace of drugs.
