SCCI Hosts Training On Advanced HR & Team Development For SMEs

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jul, 2025) The National Compliance Centre and GIZ, in collaboration with the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), conducted a specialised training session on “Advanced HR and Team Development for SMEs".

The session brought together HR professionals and SME leaders from Sialkot to discuss the evolving role of human resource practices in enhancing business efficiency and global competitiveness.

Keynote speakers Momina Dar and Dr. Muhammad Shahzad Iqbal shared insights on addressing challenges commonly faced in family-owned business HR structures, fostering inter-departmental collaboration, and aligning HR strategies with international standards and export requirements.

The session was part of ongoing efforts to build capacity within Sialkot’s industrial sector through knowledge sharing and professional development.
