Greece's Stance On Russia Unchanged Despite External Pressure - Tsipras

Athens does not change its position on Russia under pressure from third countries as Greece was the only EU country to disagree with EU's consolidated opinion on the "Skripal affair," Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras said Friday.
"I want to emphasize that Greece, while I am serving as Prime Minister ...
in matters that relate to relations between Russia and Greece, does not shift from its position under the pressure by third countries," Tsipras said at a joint pres conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
"This is proved by the fact that Greece was the only EU country that did not agree with the common move to expel [Russian] diplomats in the so-called Skripal case," Tsipras stressed.
