Putin Declares Martial Law In Kherson, Zaporizhzhia Regions, DPR, LPR

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 19th October, 2022) Russian President Vladimir Putin declared on Wednesday martial law in the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, as well as Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
According to the relevant decree published by the Kremlin website, the martial law in the four regions will be introduced from Thursday.
