نمک ایک چمچ چائے کا
سیاہ مرچ ایک چمچ چائے کا

ترکیب:
بٹیر ذبح کر کے چار چار ٹکڑے بنا لیں۔ سوس پین میں بٹیر کا گوشت، نمک، سیاہ مرچ، چاول اور ایک ٹکڑا پیاز کا ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ جب پانی آدھا رہ جائے تو اتار لیں ۔ چھان لیں گرم گرم پیش کر یں۔
