1 آلو 1/2 کلو

2 املی کا گودا 1/4 کپ

3 رائی 10 گرام

4 کری پتے چند عدد

5 مرچیں 4 عدد (باریک کاٹ لیں)

6 گھی 1/4 کپ

7 لہسن پسا ہوا 1/4 چائے کا چمچہ

8 لال مرچ کٹی ہوئی 1/4 چائے کا چمچہ

9 چاٹ مصالحہ 1/4 چائے کا چمچہ

10 ہلدی 1 چٹکی

11 نمک حسب ذائقہ

12 ہرا دھنیا 1/4 گڈی

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1آلو اُبال کر چھیل لیں۔
  2. 2 موٹے موٹے ٹکڑے کر لیں۔
  3. 3 ایک پین میں گھی گرم کریں۔
  4. 4 اس میں کری پتے اور رائی کے دانے اور نمک ڈال دیں۔ساتھ میں املی کا گودا‘ہری مرچیں‘لال مرچیں‘لہسن اور ہلدی ڈال کر بھونیں۔
  5. 5 آخر میں آلو‘چاٹ مصالحہ اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر مکس کریں اور ایک ڈش میں نکال کر اوپر ہرا دھنیا ٹماٹر اور لیموں سے سجاوٹ کر دیں۔
