Ingredients - اجزاء

1 مٹن کا گوشت 1/2 کلو

2 مٹر 1/2 کلو

3 پیاز (پیس لیں) 2 عدد

4 ادرک لہسن پیسٹ 1 کھانے کا چمچہ

5 دہی 1 کپ

6 سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر 1 کھانے کا چمچہ

7 نمک حسب ذائقہ

8 دھنیا پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچہ

9 ہلدی پاؤڈر 1/4 چائے کا چمچہ

10 ہرا دھنیا (باریک کاٹ لیں) 1/2 گٹھی

11 تیل 1 کپ

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1تیل گرم کریں اور اس میں گوشت فرائی کر کے نکال لیں۔
  2. 2 اب اسی تیل میں پیاز‘سرخ مرچ‘ادرک لہسن پیسٹ‘نمک‘دھنیا پاؤڈر‘ہلدی پاؤڈر اور دہی ڈال کر فرائی کر لیں۔
  3. 3 اس میں گوشت ڈال کر 2 منٹ تک اور بھون لیں۔
  4. 4 2 کپ پانی ڈال کر گوشت گلنے کیلئے رکھ دیں۔
  5. 5 گوشت گلنے پر مٹر ڈال دیں 10 منٹ بھون لیں کہ تیل اوپر آ جائے۔
  6. 6 ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر اُتار لیں۔
  7. 7 مزیدار مٹن مٹر مصالحہ تیار ہے‘نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
