1 شہتوت 1 کلو

2 پانی 1 لیٹر

3 شکر حسبِ پسند

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1شہتوت کو گرائنڈ کر کے اس کا جوس چھان کر نکال لیں۔
2 اس میں پانی اور شکر شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
3 سوس پین میں ڈال کر درمیانی آنچ پر پکائیں،اُبال آ جائے تو آنچ ہلکی کر دیں جب اسکوائش کی طرح گاڑھا شربت بن جائے تو چولہے سے اُتار کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں اور شیشے کی بوتل میں رکھیں۔
4 جب شربت سرو کرنا ہو تو ایک گلاس ٹھنڈے پانی میں 3 کھانے کے چمچے شہتوت کا شربت ڈال کر مکس کریں اور سرو کریں یہ صحت بخش شربت سکون اور ٹھنڈک کے ساتھ فرحت بخش احساس دیتا ہے۔
5 اگر اس شربت کو ہلکے گرم پانی کے ساتھ استعمال کیا جائے تو کھانسی‘زکام اور گلے کے درد میں آرام حاصل ہوتا ہے۔
