KP Anti-corruption Arrests IT Official Assistant In Fake Driving License Scam

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jul, 2025) The Anti-Corruption Establishment Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has arrested Assistant Director IT Majid Khan for his alleged role in a fake international driving license scheme.
Officials said Khan was taken into custody during an earlier operation and investigations confirmed his involvement in issuing fraudulent licenses.
The anti-corruption team has widened its probe, expecting more arrests and disclosures in the case.
Authorities reaffirmed their strict stance against corruption, vowing to take action against all involved in illegal activities. The arrest marks progress in the ongoing drive against corruption in government departments.
