
Water Levels Normal At Barrages

GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jul, 2025) Water flow at major barrages in Punjab, including Head Marala, Head Khanki, and Head Qadirabad, remained normal, according to data released by the Irrigation Department.
At Head Marala, the upstream discharge was 55,972 cusecs and the downstream 32,122 cusecs, against a capacity of 1.
1 million cusecs.Head Khanki recorded 61,614 cusecs upstream and 56,264 cusecs downstream.
Head Qadirabad reported 57,953 cusecs upstream and 47,814 cusecs downstream, with a capacity of 900,000 cusecs.Officials confirmed water levels are within safe limits and there is no flood threat at present.
