Roof collapse claims one life,three injured

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jul, 2025) One person was killed while three others sustained injuries after the roof of a house collapsed in the Lakhodair area, near Ring Road,early Wednesday morning.

According to Rescue 1122 officials,emergency teams were quickly dispatched to the scene,where they conducted a search and rescue operation.

Using live locator tools,the team successfully rescued three individuals trapped under the rubble.

As a result, Abid (42) died on the spot, while Asiya Bibi(29),Ali(6) Hadiya(2) sustained injuries.

The injured victims were immediately shifted to the hospital for treatment.

Further investigation was underway.
