Withdrawal Of Heavy Weapons From Idlib Buffer Zone 'Complete' - US Special Envoy For Syria

All heavy weapons have been withdrawn from the Syrian province of Idlib, in accordance with a deal brokered by Russia and Turkey, US Special Representative for Syrian Engagement James Jeffrey said in a press briefing on Wednesday.

"The withdrawal of heavy weapons is complete by all accounts; both Turkish and, by and large, the Russians are in agreement with that," Jeffrey told reporters.
