Withdrawal of Heavy Weapons From Idlib Buffer Zone 'Complete' - US Special Envoy for Syria

All heavy weapons have been withdrawn from the Syrian province of Idlib, in accordance with a deal brokered by Russia and Turkey, US Special Representative for Syrian Engagement James Jeffrey said in a press briefing on Wednesday.
