Qari Noor Ali is a teacher in Government College Township. He was a matric student when he had a terrible accident in which he lost both of his hands and a leg due to electrocution. Even after this unfortunate disability Qari Noor moved forward with his life. He still manages to do everything on his own. Right after the accident Qari Noor returned to his studies. He came up with an idea and designed a pen holder which he fixes on his arm and writes with it.
