1گوشت کی بوٹیاں بنا لیں اور دھو کر اچھی طرح خشک کر لیں۔
2 پیاز،ہری مرچ پیس کر اور دیگر مصالحے گوشت میں لا کر تین سے چار گھنٹے کیلئے رکھ دیں۔
