4 یخنی دو پیالی

5 تازہ کریم ایک پاؤ

6 انڈے کی زردی دو عدد

7 نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ

8 تیل حسب ضرورت

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1دیگچی میں تھوڑا تیل گرم کرکے پیاز سنہری فرائی کر لیں۔
2 اس میں مرغی کا گوشت شامل کرکے رنگ تبدیل ہونے اور پانی خشک ہونے تک پکائیں اور میدہ ڈال کر پانچ منٹ تک پکائیں۔
3 اور دو پیالی مرغی کی یخنی اور نمک شامل کر لیں۔
4 جب یخنی خشک ہو جائے اور مرغی گل جائے تو آنچ ہلکی کر دیں۔
5 انڈے کی زردی میں کریم اور چار کھانے کے چمچ یخنی ڈال کر اچھی طرح پھینٹیں۔
6 اس کو مرغی میں شامل کریں اور چند منٹ پکانے کے بعد اُتار لیں۔
