Punjab Govt Making Rapid Progress Under CM Maryam Nawaz’s Leadership: Raja Muhammad Hanif

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Oct, 2025) Chairman Chief Minister’s Inspection Team, Raja Muhammad Hanif, has said that under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the provincial government has launched mega development projects across cities and towns to transform Punjab into a modern, clean, and citizen-friendly province.
He said that public service, transparency, and the provision of basic facilities are the top priorities of the government. Flagship initiatives such as the Suthra Punjab Program, the launch of electric buses, restoration of urban infrastructure, and various public relief schemes reflect the government’s commitment to improving citizens’ quality of life.
Raja Muhammad Hanif noted that the Suthra Punjab Program is producing excellent results in Rawalpindi, significantly improving waste management services. He added that a new electric bus service will soon be launched in the city to provide affordable, eco-friendly transport, while a Ration Card Program is being introduced to supply essential food items to low-income families at subsidized rates.
He said that CM Maryam Nawaz’s government has launched unprecedented public welfare projects in a short time, focusing on healthcare, education, employment, and environmental improvement, steering Punjab toward real progress and prosperity.
