At Least 40 People Killed, 80 Wounded In Kabul Blast - Reports Citing Health Officials

At least 40 people have been killed and 80 others wounded in an explosion in Kabul, the TOLOnews television channel reported Tuesday citing the Afghan Public Health Ministry.
It said the blast had occurred inside a downtown wedding hall where people were commemorating the birthday of Prophet Mohammad.
