Bagnaia Wins Moto2 At Grand Prix Of The Americas

Washington, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Apr, 2018 ) :Italy's Francesco Bagnaia captured his second victory of the season in Sunday's Moto2 race at the Grand Prix of the Americas, leaping into the season points lead as a result.
The Kalex rider overtook Spanish pole-sitter Alex Marquez (Kalex) on lap 13 and won by 2.
4 seconds over 18 laps on the 3.426-mile (5.513km), 20-corner circuit at Austin, Texas with Portugal's Miguel Oliveira (KTM) third.
Bagnaia, who won the season opener at Qatar, took the championship lead after three of 19 races with 57 points, 10 ahead of Marquez and previous leader Mattia Pasini (Kalex) of Italy.
