UNITED NATIONS (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 22nd September, 2021) EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell told Sputnik on Wednesday that he will meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly to discuss a range of issues.

I think it was scheduled, the meeting with Minister Lavrov," Borrell replied when asked about the meeting with the Russian official.
He added that both "have plenty of issues to talk about."
Asked what are the most important matters he will discuss with Lavrov, Borrell replied: "We'll see. You will have information later."
