As we have said repeatedly, as a permanent member of the Security Council, China has always strictly abided by the resolution passed by the Security Council, he said during his regular press briefing here.
He said that at the same time, any decision by the Security Council must be based on conclusive evidence and facts, and added, China will continue to participate in the work of the Security Council and its affiliated institutions on the basis of this principle.Responding to a question about construction activities by China in the Donglong area, he said that China's position on the Donglong area was quite clear.
Donglong always belonged to China and always under China's effective jurisdiction. There is no dispute in this regard." Lu Kang said that China was building infrastructure for its troops and the people living in the area.
He said that on the verge of confrontation caused by the cross border of the Indian border guards, senior Indian military officials also admitted that the Indian army crossed the border.
