Eight Cars of Freight Train Derailed in Kazakhstan - National Railway Company

ALMATY (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 05th May, 2019) Eight cars of a freight train have derailed in the Akmola province of Kazakhstan and diesel fuel has been spilled out, the press service of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, the national railway company, reported on Sunday.

"On May 5, 2019, eight cars of the train derailed at the Akkol station of the Nur-Sultan - Kokshetau railway section of the Akmola province, and a diesel fuel was spilled out," the statement said.

The accident was caused by a break in the side frame of a car.
