MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 11th February, 2019) Kiev's ban on Russian observers at Ukraine's upcoming presidential election will irreparably harm the authority of Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin told Sputnik in an interview.

On Thursday, the Ukrainian parliament passed law banning Russian observers from Ukrainian elections.

"We hope that Vienna will be able to bring Kiev into compliance with its OSCE obligations. Otherwise, the organization's authority and standards will suffer irreparable harm," the diplomat said.
