MINSK (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 21st November, 2018) The voting on the budget of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) was preceded by blackmail and bribery by Western countries, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Wednesday.
"The way our Western colleagues now deal with this problem, the way they change the essence of the Convention itself by pushing decisions by voting, and we know that this was accompanied by a whole series of steps, including blackmail and bribery," Lavrov said at a press conference with his Belarusian counterpart Vladimir Makei.
