In a statement issued here, he said that like in other sectors of economy, cooperation in Information Technology sector would be boosted between the two countries. The Ambassador said that Head of the British Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, Bate Toms recently hailed that Ukraine already had the largest IT outsourcing sector in Europe and third largest in the world, adding Ukraine was going to beat the Indians in the IT market.
Toms Bate had said that Ukrainian economy was attractive for foreign investment and the country had a good chance to extend its trade after the Brexit and expressed the hope that under Brexit, Ukrainian agriculture would be able to export vast amounts because Britain cannot feed its own population, Toms Bate added.
Toms Bate had said that there was a significant deficit and that deficit should fill a lot of Ukrainian businesses. It depends on Britain and Ukraine negotiating a first-class trade treaty very quickly.
