Putin Says Agreed With Egypt Leader To Restore Regular Flights Between Countries In Full

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Wednesday he had agreed with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah Sisi to restore regular flights between the two countries in full, noting that Egypt was doing everything necessary to ensure security in the aviation sphere.
SOCHI (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 17th October, 2018) Russian President Vladimir Putin said Wednesday he had agreed with his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah Sisi to restore regular flights between the two countries in full, noting that Egypt was doing everything necessary to ensure security in the aviation sphere.
"We also considered the issue of a full-format restoration of tourist exchanges and air services. In April, regular direct flights along the Moscow-Cairo route were resumed," Putin said after talks with Sisi.
"It was noted that our Egyptian friends are doing everything necessary to increase the level of security," he said, adding that the two countries would strive to resume charter flights to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh soon.
