Russia Plans to Use Prospective Cooperation With Neighbors to Develop Far East - Lavrov

VLADIVOSTOK (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 12th September, 2018) Russia is interested in using the potential of cooperation with its eastern neighbors for the development of its Far East region, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Wednesday.

"We are interested to use the potential of cooperation with our neighbors to the maximum in order to develop Far East and to implement mutually-beneficial projects," Lavrov said at the Eastern Economic Forum.

The fourth EEF started on Tuesday and will last through Thursday on the island of Russky in the Russian city of Vladivostok. Rossiya Segodnya is the general information partner of the forum.
