Russian Embassy Expresses Condolences Over Death Of Vietnamese President

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 21st September, 2018) The Russian Embassy in Hanoi on Friday conveyed condolences to Vietnam over the death of President Tran Dai Quang.
"We express our deepest condolences over the passing away of the president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, comrade Tran Dai Quang," the embassy wrote on Twitter.
Earlier in the day, media reported that the 61-year-old president passed away at 10:05 a.m. local time (03:05 GMT) at 108 Military Central Hospital in Hanoi. The president was reportedly in critical condition and had undergone medical treatment.
