MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 12th February, 2019) Moscow has received no requests from Tehran over the purchases of Russian S-400 air defense systems, Vladimir Ermakov, the director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Department for Nonproliferation and Arms Control, told Sputnik.

"This question should better be addressed to the Russian Defense Ministry. As far as we know, Iranian partners have not addressed us with the request to sell S-400 to them," the diplomat said.
