Russia's Roscosmos May Reshuffle Leadership Of Baikonur, Vostochny Space Centers - Source

Russian State Space Corporation Roscosmos is planning to reshuffle the leadership of Baikonur and Vostochny cosmodromes in the near future, a space industry source told Sputnik on Monday
MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 18th February, 2019) Russian State Space Corporation Roscosmos is planning to reshuffle the leadership of Baikonur and Vostochny cosmodromes in the near future, a space industry source told Sputnik on Monday.
"In the near future, reshuffling of leadership at Baikonur and Vostochny cosmodromes will begin. Roman Bobkov, who now works as the deputy head of the Roscosmos branch at Baikonur, will become the head of the Vostochny. Valinur Agishev, who is now the head of Vostochny cosmodrome will lead Yuzhny space center [Baikonur cosmodrome]," the source said.
According to the source, the incumbent head of the Baikonur cosmodrome, Evgeny Rakovsky, will become the head of the Soyuz-5 rocket launch program from Baikonur cosmodrome (Baiterek project).
"On February 25, Bobkov flies off to Vostochny to begin the handover of responsibilities. The documents on his appointment have already been signed," the source said.
Another source confirmed the planned reshuffle to Sputnik, but said that the appointment documents had not been signed yet.
Roscosmos declined to comment on the issue.
